In your role, you will:

- Develop new manufacturing processes required to manufacture and assemble our aircrafts;

- Participate in the improvement and development of processes used on our automated machines - riveting machines and assembly robots
- Conduct reliability studies for existing processes.
- Perform planning, follow-up and control of projects for which you will be responsible.
- Write test plans and support their implementation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support of production activities.
- Participate in the analysis of non-conformances and their resolution.
- Communicate results in the form of technical documents and presentations.
- Conduct research on new technologies that can improve existing processes.
- Participate in research and development projects.
- Participate in the acquisition of new equipment.


As our ideal candidate,

- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or automated production engineering;

- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the aeronautical field and you have a very good knowledge of the processes used in the design and manufacturing of aircraft.
- You have experience working with automated systems, including robotics (Kuka), vision and human-machine interfaces.
- You have a strong analytical mind and can understand technical requirements to improve manufacturing processes.
- You have mastered the basic functionalities of Catia V5;
- You have team spirit, able to coordinate a multidisciplinary team, have good communication skills and able to manage several projects at the same time.
- You have innovative ideas, rigorous and have a reputation for delivering quality results
- You hold good command of French and English written and spoken, you are able to express your ideas in a clear and concise manner;
