Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Manhattan, NY.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be reporting to the Vice President Human Resources of the Americas region, you will be the HR Business Partner for both our Project Management and Sales and Marketing community for any projects and opportunities in the United States. To support our growth in the USA and strengthen customer intimacy, Bombardier Transportation is transforming our Sales and Project Management Organisation.

In this mandate you will support our leaders in the design and the deployment of the “Eco-systems” in clustered geographies.

You will have the unique opportunity to be a cornerstone in this transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Act as a change agent for our Eco-Systems;
- Pilot the workforce needs (capacities and capabilities) in the US Eco-systems region;
- Support the VP Sales and VP Project Management as well as the Eco-System Leaders in all talent management related activities;
- Aim to guarantee an ambitious approach to career development and maximize the engagement of our workforce;
- Assure the conformity of the HR practices with local employment laws and regulations;

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations;
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar position;
- Proven experience in change management;
- Experience in an industrial and multisite environment;
- Available 40% of the time to travel through sites in North America;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
