What are your contributions to the team?
- Adhere to BRAS General Work Requirements
- Collate, log, file, and retrieve area forms and aircraft build records as well as maintain departmental files
- Perform data entry of data files and conduct record searches of area databases for departments, vendors, and multi-site investigations
- Enter discrepancies and corrective action for aircraft on word cards in an accurate and timely manner
- Must comply with all environmental health and safety policies and procedures including but not limited to Safety Manual Section 1225
How to thrive in this role?
- Typically a minimum of 1 year of general office experience
- Typing skill necessary to type 40 wpm with an accuracy rate of 90%
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and vendors
- Verbal and written communication skills
