In your role, you will

Financial Analyst – Finance Business Partner 

  • Support our Mobile Response Team (MRT) operations in Bombardier France site at Paris Le Bourget.

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager of Europe and Middle East Aftermarket operations in a team of approximatively three (3) finance analysts: an AP specialist and an invoicing analyst.

  • Participate in monthly period-end, quarter-end and year-end processes for Mobile Response Team (MRT)

  • Understand and explain site performance governance.

  • Participate in year-end audits and any other audit internal and/or external.

  • Work closely with the different Finance teams, including:

    • The Shared Services Center for intercompany transactions.

    • The Controlling team and internal control team who oversees the inventory and fixed assets count process and other internal audit testing.

    • The accounting policies team, the cash collection team, the Invoicing team and other team members in the organization.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of various projects.

  • Continuously work on improving and streamlining our processes

  • Support ad hoc request or any other related tasks.

As our ideal candidate

  • You possess a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance and a professional accounting designation Advanced diploma in accounting and management (DSCG), diploma in accounting and management (DCG), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.

  • You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Outlook.

  • You have a great knowledge of BMD and or MS Dynamics accounting system.

  • You have excellent oral and written skills in English and French

  • You possess a strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  • You have the ability to learn new systems and functionality rapidly, in a continuously evolving environment.

  • You demonstrate strong team spirit and analytical skills, leadership, flexibility, and autonomy.

  • You demonstrate leadership and a strong ability to influence decision making and to drive performance. 

  • You demonstrate skill in preparing presentation to senior management.

  • You demonstrate strong capacity to work under pressure and under tight deadlines in a complex environment.
