Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as a Requirements Management Coordinator you will provide project support for driverless train systems such as advanced mass transit operations and airport people movers. You will be responsible for building project databases, allocating requirements and overseeing traceability, completion, and compliance.

In your role you will:

- Create project databases in DOORS to house requirements;
- Build formal modules, link modules, import data, export data, and create views for users;
- Assist with defining and allocating requirements to project teams;
- Ensure specifications and requirements are under change & configuration control;
- Create module baselines and baseline sets;
- Capture database snapshots;
- Review weekly and monthly metrics that track the performance of the requirements compliance effort;
- Perform traceability audits and gap analyses;
- Report any gaps and inconsistencies in requirement traceability;
- Complete all other duties as assigned.


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Information Systems/Science;
- You possess at least one (1) year of experience or internship/co-op experience;
- Experience working with DOORS will be considered an asset;
- You can operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams;
- Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.
- You demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- You demonstrate the ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams;
- You possess strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- You demonstrate critical attention to detail and deadlines, and are self-motivated;
- You possess the ability to adapt well to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment;
- You demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills.
