What are your contributions to the team?
• Perform quality reviews, write reports, raise requests for supplier action and follow up.
• Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
• Provides daily visibility on supplier issues to Manufacturing team.
• Technical investigation to assure concrete Liability.
• Provide fully detailed documentation / report on Supplier issues.
• Establish Containment plan in Manufacturing (short term).
• Supplier visit Support in Manufacturing site.
How to thrive in this role?
• 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing;
• Project management skills;
• Knowledge of quality management system
• Change management skills;
• Experience in problem resolution techniques;
• Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French);
• Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
Also considered as assets:
• Experience with SAP
• Systems, process or product auditing;
• Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external;
• Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills
