What are your contributions to the team?
- Ensure the timely procurement of outsourced materials and services to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary focal point between external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Lead regular supplier governance meetings to review performance, address risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and effectively utilize outsourcing management tools and systems, including ACE, Financial Cost Collector, and other procurement and performance tracking tools to support operational execution and financial oversight.
- Ensure Outsource Coordinators have the required documentation, work packages, purchase orders, engineering data, and materials to execute production activities in accordance with the planned schedule.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate supply chain risks, material shortages, and schedule impacts to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate closely with Logistics, Outsource Coodinators, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities and achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms while balancing cost, quality, schedule, and customer requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance through established KPIs, implement corrective actions when required, and foster long-term supplier partnerships.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

- Build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact throughout the outsourcing lifecycle.
- Think strategically by anticipating production needs, evaluating upcoming work packages, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities before they impact execution.
- Actively participate in Pre-Production (Pre-Prod) meetings to understand upcoming aircraft requirements, validate outsourcing strategies, align priorities, and ensure readiness for execution.
- Analyze the scope of work to determine outsourcing requirements, material readiness, supplier capabilities, capacity constraints, and schedule risks, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and achievable.
- Work closely with Outsource Coordinators to ensure they have all required documentation, engineering packages, purchase orders, materials, tooling, and logistical support to execute production according to schedule.
- Lead supplier governance meetings with confidence, driving accountability, reviewing performance metrics, resolving issues, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership by proactively following up on action items, driving the timely resolution of issues, and effectively closing the loop with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are fulfilled, risks are mitigated, and communication remains clear, transparent, and aligned.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of supplier performance by proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting production or customer deliveries.
- Leverage outsourcing tools and systems, including ACE, Financial Cost Collector, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards to support operational execution, financial oversight, and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively across Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Balance cost, quality, schedule, and customer requirements while making sound business decisions that support operational and financial objectives.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by challenging existing processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing best practices that enhance supplier performance and operational excellence.
