What are your contributions to the team?
- Draft, validate, and update work instructions and processes.
- Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Define installation and integration strategies for electrical systems (wiring, harnesses, components).
- Identify tooling and equipment requirements to ensure installation quality and compliance.
- Coordinate implementation of electrical changes with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production.
- Actively support production by contributing to the resolution of technical issues related to electrical systems.
- Ensure electrical installations comply with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical methods and processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a college or university degree in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, avionics, or a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- You have the ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- You have a good understanding of electrical systems and their integration in a manufacturing environment.
- You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are familiar with CAD tools (CATIA, AutoCAD, Enovia, etc.).
- You have knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, BAAN, etc.).
- You have a basic understanding of continuous improvement principles.
- You are a team player with rigor, perseverance, and sound judgment.
- You are fluent in French and have a good command of English.
