What are your contributions to the team?

• Advise the manufacturing operations management team on strategic initiatives and decisions

• Propose project structures and organizational structures promoting team efficiency

• Define the master plan of the General Director, plan the activities and projects related to it, executing and monitoring key projects

• Define a balanced dashboard as well as key performance indicators (KPI)

• Participate in the establishment and implementation of governance standards across operational sites

• Be responsible for the governance put in place at the level of the General Director

• Be responsible for the employee engagement projects in manufacturing operations

• Track budgets and expenses for projects in operations

• Define and align communications for the manufacturing operations team

• Work in collaboration with other sites to ensure harmonization and standardization of operational processes

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

• You have 10 years of experience at Bombardier, 5 years of experience in operations and at least 3 years of management experience or equivalents

• You have at least a college degree

• You have experience in project coordination and administration and you are familiar with project management tools and techniques

• You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You are able to develop and implement processes related to operations

• You master all the steps and processes related to the manufacturing operations

• You have a sense of organization and great attention to detail

• You have interpersonal skills and are comfortable leading presentations for senior management

• You are a good team player on whom we can rely

• You are clearly focused on results and the quality of your work

• You have a very good knowledge of the French and English languages
