What are your contributions to the team?

  • Responsible for generating and consolidating information required for the Unit Director’s regular governance reviews, including agenda preparation, content development, and tracking of action items.
  • Oversees the budget and forecasts for Indirect Goods and Services (IGS) for the production unit, including procurement activities, receipt and distribution of materials, and invoice validation.
  • Acts as a liaison between the core team and key business functions to ensure accurate daily indicator reporting and support Monthly Performance (MP) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reviews.
  • Manages operational budget activities, including creating purchase requisitions (PRs), tracking purchase orders (POs), and monitoring invoices for assigned supplies and services.
  • Calculates, validates, analyzes, and reports production data and KPIs, such as HLTMS, HATMS, Efficiency, System Utilization, Days of Inventory (DOI), Downtime, Productivity Index, T.E., Manpower, and Learning Curve.
  • Identifies performance gaps and potential risks based on KPI results and proposes corrective actions.
  • Provides administrative and analytical support to the production unit and prepares periodic reports for senior management and operational teams.
  • Participates in and supports continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the production unit.

What do you need to succeed in this role? Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Electrical).
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with exposure to project support and purchasing support roles.
  • You hold an advanced level of English (written and verbal).
  • You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have an effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • You have an initiative-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • You hold an strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on achieving operational objectives.
