How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering in a recognized University
- You have between 7-10 years of relevant work experience, conducting most of the tasks described above (or equivalent)
- You are proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software tools to analyze data, produce reports and presentations
- You have strong communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have strong teamwork abilities, including in multidisciplinary environment, and are autonomous
- You are organized and have good tasks coordination skills
What are your contributions to the team?
- Be part of the Propulsion Systems Engineering group, supporting any of the systems in the group’s scope (Fuel, Powerplant, FTIS, FIDEEX, APU…)
- Review equipment qualification documentation (procedures, test reports, analysis…)
- Author technical reports in support to the certification of design changes
- Lead technical engineering issues investigation on the abovementioned systems
- Analyze system data to troubleshoot system and recommend troubleshooting steps if required
- Lead design change proposals through the change process, coordinating with applicable stakeholders to define and harmonize the technical solution while achieving the project’s schedule
- Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the work as required to complete your projects
The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $125,000 to CAD $150,000 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
