About PCAP
We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented new graduates who are ready to launch their careers and become leaders of the future. If you are passionate about aviation, driven by performance, and eager to learn continuously, our Program Career Acceleration Program (PCAP) offers a structured path to accelerate your development within the Program Management Office (PMO).
PCAP is a 24-month, full-time rotational development program for permanent employees. Through four six-month assignments, you will build progressive expertise across selected PMO functions, gain broad exposure to teams, supporting functions and sites, and contribute to challenging, high-impact mandates aligned with business priorities. PCAP is a career development program, not an internship.
As a PCAP participant, you will be supported through clear rotation objectives, regular feedback and coaching, a buddy for onboarding and integration, and access to experienced PMO leaders and mentors. Are you ready for takeoff?
Your 24-month rotation journey may include four of the following PMO areas:
Completions: Support the coordination and execution of program priorities related to aircraft completion activities.
Green Aircraft: Gain exposure to integrated program activities across structures, systems, or avionics.
PMO New Product Development (NPD): Contribute to the planning and execution of new product development priorities.
Customer Requests: Help coordinate customer-driven changes, priorities and cross-functional deliverables.
PMO Core: Build foundational PMO experience in process and tools (P&T) or budget management.
PMO Defense: Support program coordination and delivery priorities for defense-related activities.
Remark: Rotation sequences and assignments are subject to change based on business priorities and development needs.
Your boarding pass will include:
- Four structured rotations of six months each
- Clear objectives and deliverables for every rotation
- Challenging assignments with tangible outcomes
- Exposure and networking across PMO teams, supporting functions and sites
- Regular one-on-one meetings, feedback and coaching
- A buddy system to support onboarding and team integration
- Mentoring and interaction with PMO leaders and specialists
- Performance and development discussions throughout the program
Qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline relevant to program management, completed recently or on track to graduate by April 2027
- You have a strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential
- You are a flexible, fast learner with a curious and growth-oriented mindset
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills
- You take initiative, adapt quickly and strive for excellence
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- You are eligible to work in Canada and able to travel outside the country
Assets:
- Previous internship, co-op or project experience in aviation, manufacturing or a complex technical environment
- Exposure to project or program management, planning, budget management, customer requests or cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting or project management tools
Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position. We’re not looking for the perfect candidate, we’re looking for great talent and passionate individuals.
Bombardier is an equal opportunity employer and encourages persons of any race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, disability or other applicable legally protected characteristics to apply.
