What are your contributions to the team?
- Serves as Project Integrator for multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects without oversight
- Serves as organization’s specialist for application of project management and problem solving techniques
- Reviews and approves scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects
You may also be expected to:
- Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test
- Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
- Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities
- Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
- Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
- Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
- Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary
How to thrive in this role?
- Typically 11 + years’ experience in Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management Experience or related field
- Engineering degree preferred
- Advanced skills in oral and written communication
- Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office software
- You have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles (preferred)
- You have previous experience in development and certification Flight Test (preferred)
- You demonstrate a professional attitude and excellent communication skills (preferred)
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities (preferred)
- You have a natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities (preferred)
- You are proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project (preferred)
