What are your contributions to the team?
Job responsibilities:
- Update shop floor communication boards with standard charts weekly
- Retrieve data from Power BI reports and post as required
- Conduct weekly audits of the Bombardier Operational Excellence System and report non conformances to standards
- Work with cross functional teams on standardizing the shop floor in lean manufacturing
- Perform administrative tasks such as printing, copying, and posting as needed
- Drive shop floor improvements by working with cross functional teams to identify constraints to processes
How to thrive in this role?
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to work 10-20 hours a week between the hours of 7am - 3pm
- Confident speaking in front of groups
- Capable of leading a group or training session
- Proficient in Microsoft computer skills
