In your role, you will
- Candidate must possess ability to work well with shop floor personal as well as engineering peers & leaders, demonstrate ability to project manage task from start to finish with minimal guidance. Competent in mechanical engineering subjects and applications with the ability to work with multi–disciplined teams.
- Candidate must possess continuous improvement mindset, dedicated, customer focused, with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Must be a good listener, advocate for common sense, an Integrator, an enabler, flexible, agile, nimble, analytical, factual, an introspective thinker, a proactive planner & predictive.
- Candidate will coordinate, control, and maintain all activities related to Production Technology. Activities include providing technical expertise, improvement concepts, estimates and lead times working with suppliers.

- Knowledge: Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles, concepts, and future Technologies.

- Integrator: Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects. Acts as advisor to management and customers providing technical assistance to obtain the desired results.
- Project Management: Focuses on planning and organizing a project and its resources. This includes identifying and managing the lifecycle to be used, applying it to the user-centered design process, formulating the project team, and efficiently guiding the team through all phases until project completion.
As our ideal candidate
Production Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of related shop floor experience working with CNC machines, Aerospace Manufacturing / Assembly type environments, NC Programming, Cutter Technology, Hand Tools, & Powerfeed Motors.
