What are your contributions to the team?
- Determines requirements for and implements new manufacturing equipment
- Develops long range strategies for manufacturing processes and facility layout
- Monitors project workflow and adjusts personnel tasks to support project activities
- Analyzes feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
- Drafts the necessary working and repair documents
- Analyzes equipment and workstation production capacity
- Analyzes requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR
- Assists in revision of shop floor layout and new manufacturing equipment requirements
- Assists with validating and approving the compliance of engineering drawings/documents, tool design concept, etc.
- Prepares manufacturing manpower estimates
- Creates overall Numerical Control Manufacturing Plans
- Develops and maintains Methods procedures
How to thrive in this role?
