What are your contributions to the team?
- Performs training scheduling based on customer needs and agreed with LBPs (Learning Business Partners) and TLAs.
- Forecasts calendars, attendance and ensures trainer capacity.
- Sends invitations via Outlook and follows up with Leaders.
- Coordinates logistics of training resources (transportation, audiovisual tools, rooms, equipment in general).
- Is the keeper of the evidence of the training, performs punctual registration of the attendance to courses in internal and external platforms, as well as the qualifications.
- Manages information and updates training records in various platforms (Leaning Management System) and in SIRCE (Corporate Training Registration System).
- Manages suppliers and internal customers the specific requirements to comply with training.
- Provides support to analyze information corresponding to the performance indicators of the area
- Performs management with internal customers.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizationl Psychology or related
- You ahve an advanced English proficiency level.
- You hold advanced skill in Excel and Outlook Power Bi is an asset
- You possess the following competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Data analysis/management.
- Calendar organization.
