What are your contributions to the team?
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial & Mechanical Engineer to optimize systems, improve processes, and design mechanical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. This hybrid role combines process optimization, manufacturing efficiency, and mechanical design expertise to support production, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Industrial Engineering
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.
- Design facility layouts, production flows, and material handling systems.
- Track productivity metrics and recommend operational improvements.
- Partner with operations to enhance quality, safety, and cost performance.
- Support inventory management, supply chain optimization, and demand planning.
Mechanical Engineering
- Design, develop, test, and improve mechanical components and systems.
- Create and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications using tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses to ensure reliability and performance.
- Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and manufacturing processes.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- Experience with ERP systems, engineering software, and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, assembly, automation, and production systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with automation, robotics, and aerospace environments.
- Knowledge of simulation and engineering analysis tools such as Arena, MATLAB, and ANSYS.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, data analytics, and smart manufacturing.
