Logistics Agent II - Industrial Engineering

In your role, you will

• Coordinate strategic projects in the Logistics team (Schedule changes, Budget, Implementation of new tools and others).
• Communicate gaps and risks with stakeholders and management.
• Develop and prepare PowerPoint presentations for management.
• Assists management in determining inventory policies and build policies.
• Review and release work orders for operations.
• Schedule work to be released to the line as per build schedule.
• Assist cross functional teams to support operations daily impediments and build plan.

As our ideal candidate

• You have experience in Logistics/scheduling roles.
• You have a strong understanding of SAP (required).
• You have training in Project Management (an asset).
• You have a good understanding of processes (Engineering, Logistics, Methods & Quality).
• You are efficient in managing time and priorities.
• You have the ability to develop strategies and in managing impact and influence in interacting with various stakeholders.
• You have a good knowledge of software such as MS Project and SAP and are an expert with PowerPoint and Excel.
• You have abilities in project management and are at ease in working in a new program environment.
• You have good leadership skills in managing major initiatives involving working with internal and external partners.
• You have excellent team spirit skills, as well as communicating, leading projects and delivering successfully.
