In your role, you will
- Analyzes feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production and developing written business case presentations
- Analyzes requirements and initiates tool design requests
- Conducts root cause analysis for known quality defects
- Initiates change documents required for implementation of corrective action
- Analyzes data using quality tools (pareto, heat map, scatter diagram)
- Participate and collaborate in a cross functional, matrixed environment
- Participate and/or present in team and executive meetings
- Develop and implement work arounds for the assembly line through work instructions and/or shop aides
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Monitors and maintains project status
As our ideal candidate
- Typically a minimum of 5 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
- Working knowledge of Project Management principles
