In your role, you will:

- Adhere to General Work Requirements

- Analyze feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production

- Draft the necessary working and repair documents

- Analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)

- Analyze equipment and workstation production capacity

- Analyze requirements and initiate productions tool purchase orders

- Assist with tool designs

- Prepare and revise manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders, Work Instructions (LOGs) and Tooling Work Orders)

- Monitor project workflow and adjusts personnel tasks to support project activities

- Develop long range strategies for manufacturing processes

- Provide direction to Methods personnel


As our ideal candidate,

- You typically have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Methods, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related area

- You have thorough knowledge of Project Management principles

- You have the ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications

- You have basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5

- You have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering OR equivalent work experience

- You are an advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
