What are your contributions to the team?
As part of this role, you will be expected to:
- Analyze maintenance data: Identify trends and root causes of failures in order to propose sustainable solutions.
- Assess the relevance of maintenance tasks (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – RCM).
- Support teams during major incidents & participate in technical investigations.
- Ensure data quality (history, failure coding) & develop analyses and reports.
- Ensure cross-department coordination: Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply teams to integrate reliability into design and planning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency and performance of maintenance systems.
- Train and raise awareness: Support teams in the use of preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
- Develop & monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): MTBF, MTTR, availability rate, etc.
How to thrive in this role?
As the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of five years of experience in an industrial environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial setting (aerospace, manufacturing, energy, or equivalent).
- Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written.
- Prior involvement in continuous improvement projects.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including rigorous root cause identification.
- Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills, with a strong service mindset.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
- Good knowledge of reliability and industrial maintenance concepts.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with various modules of a CMMS (Maximo preferred).
