In your role, you will:

- Manage all OTC collection activities for Bombardier Aerospace.
- Supervise the Performance of the team to meet all agreed SLA through KPI including:
- Maintain and monitor performance of the team.
- Initiate corrective and preventive action in areas affecting performance.
- Establish and appraise on staff personal critical success factors, address performance appraisals, mentoring & coaching etc.
- Review aging of customer’s receivable to maximize cash flows and to reduce uncollectible amount.
- Develop strategic solutions for key customers with internal business units to address chronically delinquent or financially unstable customers.
- Develop and monitor departmental objectives to be aligned with the strategic objectives of the company.
- Ensure harmonization of business practices among the Order to Cash teams in the Global Shared Services.
- Manage the adequacy of the bad debt provision for Bombardier Aerospace and by legal entities.
- Effectively lead, coach and develop member, while building a strong culture around results and values. Clear and concise communication to present thoughts, ideas and recommendation to all levels.
- Review and recommend changes to existing processes, procedures/policies, and system enhancements to maximize operational effectiveness in response to the rapidly changing business needs.
- Have experience with Cash Application & Credit Processes, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) knowledge.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have strong understanding of the Financial Shared Service Center’s operations and business.
- You show communicated effectively at all levels-including written and oral.
- You have advance level-English (French is a plus).
- You have accounting of Finance degree.
- You can work autonomously in accordance with company policy.
- You show willingness to travel if is necessary.
- You are able to adapt yourself rapidly to a dynamic environment.
- You are well organized and able to perform under pressure.
- You show ability to work in a complex computerized environment.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office, EXCEL proficiency.
- You have SAP experience and Salesforce is a must.
- Team management experience is a plus.
