What are your contributions to the team?
- Analyze, identify and propose process improvements adapted to requirements.
- Guide the team in solving complex problems.

How to thrive in this role?
- You have between 10 and 15 years of experience in project management and aerospace.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
- You have experience managing product changes.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English, with training and mentoring capabilities.
- You have demonstrated leadership.
- You have strong analytical skills and business acumen, planning, problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
- You must have a sense of organization, time management and demonstrate autonomy.
- You master MS Project, Visio and have experience in VSM, Swimlane and process mapping.
- You speak French and English, bilingual.
