What are your contributions to the team?

  • Monitor market trends, news, financial research, and the performance of Bombardier and its peers;
  • Track stock market activity, changes in share ownership, investors, and key stock performance indicators;
  • Conduct market research, data analysis, competitive intelligence, and valuation analyses;
  • Gather and synthesize financial and non-financial information to identify trends, opportunities, and communication needs;
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly results, including presentations, press releases, scripts, key messages, Q&As, and ad hoc analyses;
  • Assist in the preparation and review of press releases, continuous disclosure documents, and regulatory filings;
  • Develop and maintain investor-facing materials, including the Investor Relations presentation, investor communications, and website content;
  • Prepare shareholder analyses, targeting reports, and benchmarking studies to support investor outreach activities;
  • Support conferences, roadshows, and other investor engagement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams;
  • Collaborate with the Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams on various projects, while improving processes, tools, dashboards, and reporting activities through automation.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • You have a minimum of eight (8) years of finance experience within a multinational corporation, publicly traded company, or large professional services firm;
  • You hold, or are in the process of obtaining, a CPA or CFA designation, which is considered an asset;
  • You have experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investor relations, equity research, or a related field;
  • You have a strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and key financial and stock performance indicators;
  • You possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both French and English, with the ability to communicate complex financial and strategic information to a variety of audiences;
  • You demonstrate rigor, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy, with a strong focus on execution and results;
  • You possess strong data analysis and synthesis skills;
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills;
  • You work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • You possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
