Join us as a Customer Support Project Manager (m/f/d) in Siegen, DE and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role.

As a Customer Support Project Manager you will act as the interface between the customer and the project team and will be dealing with issues with our bogies during their warranty period. The Customer Support Project Manager will continually manage the warranty issues pro-actively, involving internal and external partners and focussing on time, costs and quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Execution, supervising and reporting of warrant projects taking into account deadlines, costs and quality

-Negotiations (technical and contractual) with customers and partners

-Coordination, organization and management of project teams

-Definition of warranty budgets and provisions

-Determination of costs and budget for retrofits together with the relevant specialist departments, release of financial resources

-Preparation of and participation in audits

-Initiation and support of claim management

-Support in offer preparation regarding warranty provisions

-Regular reporting of the warranty projects to the next level

-Participation in various meetings such as

•Design reviews for bogie developments

•Project Coordination Meeting, Project Reviews

-Close cooperation with the new building functions


•Completed technical studies or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in project management

•Talent in planning and organization

•High technical understanding of complex systems

•Confident appearance, team player

•Risk management and negotiation skills

•Quick comprehension and problem-solving orientation

•Willingness to travel and assertiveness

•Fluency in German and English.
