What are your contributions to the team?

As a Material Logistics Agent on our AOG team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring aircraft return to service as quickly and safely as possible. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and logistics of aircraft parts during urgent, high-stakes situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track urgent spare part orders via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Manage procurement of critical aircraft components to support AOG events.
  • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions by identifying alternative sourcing options and escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout the AOG process, ensuring expectations are well managed and timely updates are consistently provided.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with operational priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and invoicing discrepancies.

How to thrive in this role?

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite apps i.e. Teams, Copilot, PowerBi.
  • SAP & CRM Zendesk experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to provide extended shift coverage and weekend support, as business needs require. While based in Singapore, the incumbent will primarily support global operations during Singapore business hours, which align with Canada's overnight and non-business hours.
