What are your contributions to the team?
- Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP systems, operations, quality, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable insights to operational teams and management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Automate and optimize reporting and performance-tracking processes.
- Support decision-making through robust analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to data management and utilization.
How to thrive in this role?
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and performance-oriented environments.
- Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), as well as SQL and advanced Excel.
- Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of data governance or data architecture is considered an asset.
