What are your contributions to the team?
- Planning and organizing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work;
- Coordinating work with external contractors;
- Preparing work for summer and winter plant shutdowns;
- Monitoring the backlog of planned work;
- Compiling performance indicators and preparing reports;
- Maintaining maintenance schedules;
- Coordinating planning meetings with multidisciplinary teams;
- Coordinating machine shutdowns with the appropriate departments;
- Representing the maintenance department in meetings related to upcoming maintenance activities.
How to thrive in this role?
• Good knowledge of written and spoken French;
• College diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, logistics, planning, or a related field;
• 5–8 years of experience in a maintenance environment;
• Strong Excel skills and general computer proficiency;
• Asset: Knowledge of Maximo (CMMS);
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and take initiative to improve processes.
