In your role, you will

  • Define, develop and maintain the industrialization strategy aiming for manufacturing excellence and footprint optimization for all Bombardier sites
  • Lead the deployment activities of the Industrialization plan, integrate contributions from different functions and sites, manage changes and mitigate risks.
  • Generate strategic recommendations to support the organization's objectives.
  • Document, simplify and present the recommendations.
  • Produce profitability analyzes in order to articulate the objectives of the organization.
  • Lead and Influence (leadership) stakeholders, aligning them towards a common objective.
  • Prepare and facilitate governance meeting with the stakeholders and leadership team.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams for the validation of proposed plans and strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes to execute and optimize the Industrialization strategy.
  • Perform ad hoc analyzes as requested by the management.

As our ideal candidate

  • You have a good knowledge of the aviation industry (products, programs, market, technologies, strategies, etc.)
  • You hold a University degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Engineering with minimum five (5) years experiences.
  •  You have acquired an MBA or other a professional designation (an asset)
  • You have a Strong experience managing Strategic projects.
  •  You have very strong communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to coordinate and lead effective meetings and presentations.
  • You have experience in working in an international environment, collaborating with people in remote sites.

  • You have skills in English and French, both verbal and written.
  • You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint, including all collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams; SAP is an asset.
  • You have a great sense of autonomy, have a customer-oriented approach and are able to meet a deadline.
