Infrastructure Project Manager

In your role, you will

• Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center
• Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers
• Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers
• Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects
• Enforce internal safety rules on your worksites
• Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.

As our ideal candidate

• You have a college technical degree or university degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction)
• You have five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector
• You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams
• You adopt best practices in project management
• You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments
• You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written
• You demonstrate strong negotiation skills as well as root cause analysis and problem solving
• You have initiative, show attention to details and make customer satisfaction is your priority.
