What are your contributions to the team?
Participate in the development of standard team methodologies;
Make observations on the shopfloor;
Plan and conduct production time studies;
Compile and analyze data and write an improvement opportunity report;
Estimate times using an application guide.
Support redevelopment work and workplace organization;
Participate in process improvement through Bombardier's Operational Excellence program
Collect information from SAP;
Build and optimize assembly line balancing to support continuous improvement
Create and automate documents, tools and templates, document and improve processes

You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and functional in English.
You work in a team and have ease in interacting with people.
You have initiative, are dynamic, punctual and professional.
You are autonomous with a customer-oriented approach.
You are organized and able to meet a deadline.
You are interested in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing / process improvement;
You are proficient in the office suite, especially Excel with good Visual Basic skills

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
