Manage short and/or medium-term projects and monitor their progress;
Participate in the analysis of non-quality data and propose corrective measures if necessary;
Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to improve process efficiency;
Solve technical management problems using computer systems;
Identify needs and optimize production. Eliminate non-value added;
Analysis of production system performance measurements;
Improve preventive maintenance programs;
Support manufacturing leaders in their daily activities;
Participate in the development and optimization of production processes and tools;
Audit certain processes to validate their proper functioning and provide certain recommendations;
Periodically sit on and participate in the organization's various executive committees.
How to thrive in this role?
University student in a related discipline or equivalent.
The candidate must have excellent analytical skills and be able to synthesize information to measure the impact and stakes of each strategic decision.
The candidate will work in close collaboration with other agents: methods, production engineering, purchasing, tooling, logistics, etc.
The candidate will have knowledge of project management and be able to work with Microsoft Office.
The candidate will have good interpersonal skills.
