What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals who have a common objective: Maximize value generation within the company
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the “Bombardier Operational Excellence” manufacturing management system
- Participate and influence the management committee in the strategic orientations of the site
- Guide the Industrial Engineering team in the execution of improvement plans, capacity management and the deployment of special projects in different manufacturing sectors
- Guide the Business Intelligence Team in the deployment, improvement and maintenance of digital tools
- Support and influence collaboration between departments and production teams
- Understand the impacts of projects on the capacity of plant sector
- Support operations by helping and resolving manufacturing issues
- Lead problem-solving activities in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Act as a change agent with the parties involved to ensure their leadership of the execution part of the project
- Prepare and present progress statuses during governance meetings with the factory management committee
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
- You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management or related disciplines
- You have between 5 and 10 years' experience
- You have in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing philosophy and principles
- You have good analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems
- You have an ability to manage priorities and overcome setbacks
- You are on the lookout for new trends in continuous improvement.
- You have project management and team leadership skills
- You have strong influencing skills
- You are interested in change management
- You are bilingual (French and English)
- You have knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aeronautics industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Plateform tools: Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps (an asset)
