Team Description

As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play a key role in fulfilling our mission: We support the development of our people to build the best aircraft in the industry.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Analyze training needs and actively contribute to the integration of new technologies.
  • Coordinate special projects aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Liaise with managers to assess, prioritize, and respond to requests within required timelines.
  • Master performance indicators to propose strategic solutions aligned with industrial plans.
  • Present performance indicators to leadership and recommend improvement actions.
  • Develop development plans to enhance performance and support new employee onboarding.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within budget.
  • Analyze existing business processes and design new ones to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design and recommend solutions tailored to business needs, particularly in training.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to initiatives to ensure their success.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate change management processes for smooth implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in education, project management, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment or:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the Aerospace field.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adaptable to evolving business needs and priorities, leveraging creativity to navigate ambiguity.
  • Analytical skills: Proven ability to analyze business needs, solve complex problems, and develop effective processes to improve performance.
  • Communication: Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Technology and tools: Good knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project and the MS O365 suite.
  • Collaborative leadership: Ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams, foster synergy, and coordinate resources to achieve objectives.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Understanding of Transport Canada requirements and ability to integrate them into training projects and processes.
  • You are familiar with a Learning Management System (LMS).
