What are your contributions to the team?
• Ensure that the various deliverables related to the governance of the function are prepared on time, of high quality and relevant
• Synthesize information on shortages, and work closely with supply and manufacturing logistics teams
• Ensure adherence to project plans, and if necessary, orchestrate catch-up plans with all stakeholders
• Interact with several multifunctional teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.)
• Participate in improvement projects (Operational Excellence, Cost Optimization, IT Projects & ERP Modernization, etc.)
• Develop positive relationships with various internal stakeholders
• Analyze several types of situations with the available data and provide recommendations for action
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
• You have a Bachelor's degree in the field of Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations and Logistics, Operations Management or a college diploma with equivalent work experience
• You have 3 years of experience in the field of logistics
• You are bilingual (French and English, the position requires fluency in spoken and written French)
• You are rigorous, autonomous and quality-oriented
• You master the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• You have experience with the SAP ERP system (important asset)
• You have experience with PowerBI (asset)
• You can work under pressure and manage several priorities simultaneously
• You have a sense of organization and planning
