Vos contributions à l'équipe

  • Coordonner les mouvements de pièces avec les agents de relance et les employés de production, participer à la planification des travaux et fournir un plan de contingence pour les pièces manquantes;
  • Participer aux rencontres journalières et fournir à l’équipe naturelle l’information relative aux pénuries planifiées et non planifiées;
  • Gérer et planifier les travaux des fournisseurs internes;
  • Préparer et valider la documentation aux différents postes de travail;
  • Participer aux divers plans d’amélioration de la gestion interne des flux de matières pouvant impliquer plusieurs parties prenantes (ex. Opérations, Ingénierie, Méthodes, Qualité…);
  • Veiller à l’amélioration des processus et des solutions d’affaires afin d’assurer la disponibilité des pièces aux différentes positions sur la ligne de production;
  • Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration (ex. Système Atteindre Excellence, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Initiatives de réduction des coûts, etc.);
  • Développer des relations positives avec les diverses parties prenantes internes.

En tant que candidat idéal

  • Vous être titulaire d’un Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique ou chaîne d’approvisionnement (ou l’équivalent) dans une université reconnue;
  • Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en opérations ou logistique dans un environnement manufacturier;
  • Vous avez la capacité de travailler avec un minimum de supervision, d'avoir un bon esprit d'équipe, d'être motivé et de faire preuve d'initiative, de leadership et de beaucoup d'entregent;
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression et de gérer plusieurs priorités de front;
  • Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et de la planification;
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes habilités de communication en français et en anglais (écrites et orales);
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite Microsoft Office.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Coordinate the internal flow of material with expeditors and production employees, participate in the material planning process and provide a contingency plan for missing parts;
  • Participate in daily morning meetings (DMM) and provide visibility to the natural team regarding planned and unplanned shortages;
  • Manage and plan the work of internal suppliers;
  • Prepare and validate documentation at different workstations;
  • Participate in various improvement plans of internal material flow management with different stakeholders such as Operations, Engineering, Methods and Quality;
  • Ensure improvement of business processes and solutions within the team to ensure on-time delivery of parts to production positions;
  • Actively participate in improvement projects (ex. Achieving Excellence System, 5S, Lean manufacturing, cost reduction, etc.);
  • Develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent) in a recognized University;
  • You have 3 to 5 years of working experience in operations or logistics in a manufacturing environment;
  • You have the ability to work with minimum supervision, be a team player, self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative as well as leadership, and good interpersonal skills;
  • You are able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • You have good organizational & planning skills;
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and English (written and oral);
  • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
