What are your contributions to the team?

  • Prepare budget estimates for work costs.
  • Design ventilation systems, source extraction, plumbing, compressed air, steam, and fire protection in industrial environments.
  • Perform heating and cooling load calculations.
  • Prepare plans and write specifications, addenda, and directives.
  • Review and seal plans prepared by technicians.
  • Write studies and technical reports.
  • Coordinate design with other disciplines and the project team.
  • Monitor the execution of work carried out by contractors.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have 3 years of direct professional experience (minimum) in the design and execution of building mechanical projects.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Possess excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and prioritization.
  • Have very good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor.
  • ASP construction card.
