What are your contributions to the team?
- Prepare budget estimates for work costs.
- Design ventilation systems, source extraction, plumbing, compressed air, steam, and fire protection in industrial environments.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations.
- Prepare plans and write specifications, addenda, and directives.
- Review and seal plans prepared by technicians.
- Write studies and technical reports.
- Coordinate design with other disciplines and the project team.
- Monitor the execution of work carried out by contractors.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Have 3 years of direct professional experience (minimum) in the design and execution of building mechanical projects.
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Possess excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, and prioritization.
- Have very good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor.
- ASP construction card.
