What are your contributions to the team?
- Define and develop the industrialization strategy aiming for manufacturing excellence for all Bombardier sites.
- Manage the deployment activities of the industrialization projects portfolio.
- Integrate the contributions of different functions and sites, manage changes and risks.
- Build business cases to articulate the objectives of the industrialization strategy.
- Define the project execution strategy: content, scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management and communications
- Work in a cross-functional environment where you will interact and present to members at all management levels.
- Gather, lead, and influence stakeholders and align them towards a common goal.
- Prepare and facilitate governance with stakeholders and the management team.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate proposed plans and strategies.
- Develop and implement processes to execute and optimize the industrial strategy.
- Develop risk management and mitigation plans.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
You have a good knowledge of the aviation industry (products, programs, market, technologies, strategies, etc.)
You hold an undergraduate university degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Engineering. Further education is a plus.
You have a minimum of 8 years of direct experience in a similar role.
Project management certification PMP or similar is a plus.
You have a Strong experience managing strategic projects.
You have very strong communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
You have the ability to coordinate and lead effective meetings and presentations.
You have experience in working in an international environment, collaborating with people in remote sites.
You have the ability to produce high-quality synthetic documents reflecting your strong analytical mind.
You enjoy working with numbers methodically and rigorously.
You are familiar with the tools of the Microsoft Office 365 environment, particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint, including all collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams; knowledge of SAP is an asset;
You have a great sense of autonomy, have a customer-oriented approach and are able to meet a deadline.
You are able to work in both English and French, both when speaking and writing.
