What are your contributions to the team?

• Lead and deliver complex projects within a manufacturing and industrial environment, supporting ongoing production

• Resolve complex operational and technical issues that span multiple functions, balancing production priorities, technical constraints, and business objectives.

• Drive cross-functional teams to define scope and execute within planned cost and schedule

• Act as a key interface between shop-floor execution and leadership, translating operational realities into clear risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.

• Establish and maintain strong project governance, including preparation and leadership of reviews with the leadership team to support informed and timely decision-making.

• Proactively identify risks, constraints, and interdependencies; lead mitigation and recovery plans in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Manage priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capacity, resource availability, and strategic objectives.

• Prepare and present clear, concise status, at multiple organizational levels.

How to thrive in this role?

• Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent experience with 8+ years in project or program management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production systems, and industrial project execution.

• Proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional organizations and influence without direct authority.

• Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-changing environments and making sound decisions with incomplete information.

• Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to engage effectively with senior leaders.

• Structured problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset.

• Proactive, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement.

• Effective use of digital tools and data to support governance and decision-making.
