What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead projects tied to critical milestones across existing and emerging business jet platforms, ensuring strong execution from planning through delivery.
- Drive cross-functional engineering teams in defining project scope, schedule, budget, and execution priorities to achieve program objectives.
- Lead and coordinate change planning activities, ensuring completeness, alignment, and stakeholder harmonization across functions.
- Partner closely with technical experts, business leaders, and suppliers to deliver projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Balance competing priorities across multiple projects and activities, conduct strategic schedule analysis, and align teams around the most critical deliverables.
- Identify key program risks early and lead mitigation planning and execution to protect commitments and support successful outcomes.
- Develop clear visibility into budget needs and resource allocation to support effective planning, trade-off decisions, and execution discipline.
- Prepare and present concise, executive-ready status updates and visibility reports for stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
- Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews to maintain alignment, momentum, and decision-making effectiveness.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold an engineering degree or diploma—or bring equivalent practical experience—with 8+ years in project management, aerospace, or a similarly complex technical environment.
- You bring strong leadership presence, initiative, and the ability to align teams around priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.
- You have a solid understanding of program and project management principles, tools, and execution disciplines.
- You offer sound aircraft engineering and/or manufacturing experience, with the credibility to work effectively across technical and business functions.
- You communicate with clarity, professionalism, and influence, and are comfortable engaging stakeholders at multiple organizational levels; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for your ability to manage time, anticipate issues, and deliver against commitments.
- You are curious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously deepen your technical and program knowledge.
- You bring strong judgment and problem-solving skills that enable sound decisions and keep projects moving toward target outcomes.
- You are comfortable using digital tools to support collaboration, reporting, planning, and execution.
