What are your contributions to the team?

•    Recommend process improvements based on data insights and workflow analysis.
•    Present data insights, compliance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
•    Develop and maintain databases for environmental compliance data collection, tracking and risk assessments.
•    Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Teamcenter, and Excel.
•    Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and compliance risks.
•    Support regulatory reporting requirements by collecting and validating data.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
•    Provide support for regulatory monitoring and communication activities to ensure continuity in compliance efforts

How to thrive in this role?

•    Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•    You have excellent communication skills, and you are fully bilingual in both English and French
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•    You have at least five (5) years of experience in data analytics or data management role, in aerospace or similar field
•    You have good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and the ability to relate them to financial performance
•    You have good sense of organization, time management and you demonstrate autonomy
•    PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
•    Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel.
•    Experience with Teamcenter is an asset.
