In your role, you will

  • Manage the integration of manufacturing solutions for the value chains of Saint-Laurent 
  • Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your customers 
  • Prepare and lead workshops with multidisciplinary teams
  • Design and implement facility layouts according to world class standards
  • Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the organization 
  • Coordinate the various resources involved in the execution of the project
  • Identify, manage risks and help solve project problems and obstacles
  • Document the successes and opportunities
  • Provide project feedbacks to the clients
  • Participate in the improvement of existing processes
     

As our ideal candidate

  • You have an engineering degree or DCS in a related field, as well as two (2) to five (5) years of experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Manufacturing
  • You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various work teams
  • You are proficient in AutoCAD (2D) et Inventor (3D) software
  • You adopt best practices in Project management
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and meet your commitments
  • You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills both oral and written (French and English)
  • You are able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • You demonstrate negotiation, analysis and resolution skills
  • You have initiative, concern for a job well done and make customer satisfaction your priority
