- Ensure effective management of the maintenance program for equipment and buildings.
- Manage and supervise work orders related to operations across the sites.
- Monitor and analyze various performance indicators.
- Manage calls for tenders and develop repair progress schedules.
- Plan and monitor completed work, and produce improvement and prevention reports.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and identify solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure follow‑up on repair work within the plant.
- Monitor the budget associated with maintenance operations.

How can you thrive in this role?
- You hold a technical college diploma or any other equivalent combination of training and experience.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have strong knowledge of building equipment.
- You demonstrate excellent time and priority management skills.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems (Maximo preferred).
- You speak French and English, both orally and in writing.
