In your role, you will

  • Work in collaboration with different tooling departments
  • Update the schedules for the various tooling requests and inform the various parties involved;
  • Plan and follow up tooling requests;
  • Manage the departement’s capacity;
  • Organize and present the status of the team’s performance indicators;
  • Analyze and allocate new tooling requests to tooldesigners;
  • Support requesters and team members during the progress of tooling requests;
  • Become a super user of the IT tool for tool management;
  • Perform technical writing;
  • Understand and master tooling team processes.

As our ideal candidate

  • You have a college diploma in mechanical/industrial engineering or equivalent experience;
  • You have a relevant experience, minimum 2 yrs,  in a manufacturing environment;
  • You have a relevant experience in planning or project management;
  • You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English;
  • You are familiar with the aerospace industry;
  • You have good analytical and organizational skills;
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy teamwork;
  • You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite;
  • You are familiar with Catia V5/NX/Siemens (an asset).
