Overview

The Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the company’s growth and objectives. They act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. 
  • Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. 
  • Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. 
  • Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. 
  • Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement). 
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image. 
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 
  • You between 0-2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • You are bilingual in French and English. 
  • You have experience in the aerospace, manufacturing industry and/or unionized environment. (considered an asset). 
  • You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 
  • You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills. 
  • You have the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. 
  • You have a strong client focus and innovative mindset. 
  • You have knowledge of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). 
  • You have knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices. 
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
