What are your contributions to the team?
- Be a part of the Ground & Flight Test Engineering group, supporting the coordination and management of ground and flight testing of a new product.
- Collaborate on the definition, design and integration of ground and flight testing within the new product development team including Bombardier Flight Test Center (BFTC) and Bombardier Experimental (BEX).
- Document the project testing strategy, requirements, demands, and scorecards and any other supporting technical definition for testing
- Generate and maintain design, build, and test schedules for ground rigs and flight test vehicles
- Review status, issues, and their resolution process for all phases of testing for all Bombardier owned testing assets
- Support problem-solving for all program and engineering disciplines, including engaging with the integrated product development team to determine testing strategy, timeline, purpose, and requirements
- Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the work as required to complete your tasks
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor’s degree engineering.
- You have 10-15 years of experience in aerospace industry
- You are autonomous, result-driven and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You can manage multiple projects and tasks
- You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience. You strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint or Sharepoint.
- Knowledge of Siemens Suite (ex. Teamcenter) is an asset
