What are your contributions to the team?
Product Process Delivery
• Certify the product at the final stage and create delivery documentation.
Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)
• Review engineering requirements prior to investigations.
• Create and close Nonconformance Reports.
First Article Inspection (FAI) Reports
• Review products against engineering requirements.
• Review product structure against drawing requirements and process planning specifications.
Conformity Process
• Review information structure to ensure compliance with engineering requirements according to drawings.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Certify the product once conformity requirements have been successfully completed.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering or related
- You have at least 6 months of experience in a production environment.
- You have 1 year of experience in a quality-related role in manufacturing or assembly manufacture.
- You hold an intermediate proficiency level of English
- You have problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in team activities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office; preferred knowledge of SAP, NCMS, Microsoft Project, and CATIA.
- You have knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- You have an strong customer service orientation.
- You have effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- You have experience using measurement equipment for electrical systems and structural assembly.
- You have ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
