In your role, you will:

• Adhere to General Work Requirements
• Interview business users to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
• Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
• Write detailed description of user needs and application functions
• Participate in applicable phases of project management involving changes to existing and/or new applications 
• Communicate the status of each phase for assigned projects to IT management, project management office, and affected business unit(s) on a scheduled basis
• Assist with beta testing, validation by business unit, and implementation of revised and new applications
• Assist with evaluation of proposed changes to existing and/or new applications to identify potential adverse impact upon operations across multiple sites and area(s)
• Monitor project activities to ensure project remains on schedule and within approved scope 
• Coordinate the development of an IT application(s) and supporting business processes according to IT specifications
• Coordinate beta testing, validation by business unit, and implementation of revised and new applications
• Assist with evaluating whether newly implemented applications and supporting processes are achieving priorities and objectives of assigned business unit(s)
   

How to thrive in this role?

• You have 3-4 years experience in business modeling, requirements management, analysis and design
• You possess experience in systems analysis and technical design using both object oriented and modular programming modeling.
• You Demonstrated ability to build use cases, story boards, and models that clearly depict process flows relating to specific requirements
• You have experience building presentations that depict project requirements, project scope, and mock-ups
• You have understanding of the System Development Life Cycle
• You have the training skills necessary to educate employees to comprehend business processes or acquire/enhance skills
• You possess working knowledge of IT Change Management and Project Management
• You possess presentation skills
