Business Aircraft facility’s dedicated team is equipped to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications, including interior modifications, avionics installations, and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft. The Service Centre has received certifications from FAA, EASA, Argentina (Military), Bermuda, Cayman Islands, China, Hong Kong, India, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.

A Lead Avionics Technician is responsible for working in conjunction with the supervisor, oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate should have advance knowledge of troubleshoot repairs, inspections, modifications and services aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment. Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required. The lead Technician position requires exceptional leadership ability and will assist PM/GS in the day to day operations.


· Typically a minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience in functional area

· Typically a minimum of 3 years aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience in functional area with typically a minimum of 2 years leadership / supervisory experience (Aircraft Maintenance preferred)

- Typically a minimum of 1 year of corporate aircraft experience

- Exhibits effective leadership skills

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Certification as applicable per assigned area

- Ability necessary to train employees in the performance of duties within area of specialization

- Demonstrated planning / organizational and time management skills necessary to prioritize, assign and coordinate workload of team members within a multiple project setting

- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with assigned employees, other business areas, contractors and customers
